matt johnson joins us live. she's in san diego to tell us what happened and what the coast guard is saying now. matt? >> reporter: dave, we'll sad situation for the entire boating community. the coast guard, they said that was a hard decision to make. but as you said they've suspended the search for the skipper on this racing yacht that was involved in a terrible accident over the weekend. we're live here at the coast guard. this is the san diego sector office. they are monitoring the situation. this is who they were looking for, this 49-year-old. he was one of four on board a 47-footracing -- 47-footracing yacht in the new port to ensenada race. both the mexican navy and the new york coast guard, their search turned up three bodies on board, including joseph stewart of florida and william johnson of orange county and a third person who was mott -- who has not been identified. it was family members monitoring the boat from an online system. they noticed the boat vanished off the screen? now the secretaries mark
